Our mission for the FUELED Community is to provide you with the support you need to keep you motivated and excited about fueling your body and soul well so that you can fulfill your unique purpose in your home and workplace. We want to help you take the guess work out of planning your workouts and meals. Along with new workouts and recipes each month, you’ll also have access to an online community of supportive women that will include monthly health challenges and topics.
how does our FUELED Community work?
You will be emailed the workouts and recipes, as well as instant access to our online community when you sign up.
You will receive 5 workouts per week (3 strength workouts + 2 cardio workouts) that will include gym and at-home options.
How-to exercise videos will be included with the workouts.
You will receive 10 brand new macro friendly, family friendly, and easy recipes each month that will include a variety of breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner options.
The recipes will include precise and simple instructions, along with beautiful images to give you a visual of the meals/snacks.
You will have access to an optional online community of women via a private Facebook group to provide encouragement and motivation on your healthy living journey.
There will be monthly health challenges and topics addressed in our private online community to educate you and make our health journey FUN!
The cost is $19/month for May sign-ups (price will increase after first month!)
