I created this program with you in mind, Mama. I have so many mom friends out there telling me they want something to help them get moving and to stay active during their pregnancy. They want something that will help them feel good, stay on track with their fitness, and contribute to an overall healthy pregnancy. Exercise is so powerful, especially during pregnancy.
